How should I store extra inflated slime?

Store extra inflated slime in an empty slime container, another container, or a plastic storage bag. Do not reuse the container for food.

Where is my email confirmation?

Check your "spam" or "junk" folder if you don't see our emails in your Inbox.

You can track your package using the tracking number that is sent to your email or phone by text. All orders start processing on Fridays, and a tracking number will be generated the following Monday/Tuesday. What is your refund policy?

You've received your slime! Now what?

Use the following steps to prep your slime before play:

Step 1 Remove your slime from the shipping box.

Step 2Wash, dry, and moisturize your hands if needed. Use scent-free lotion for handling opage slimes but use a clarified oil for handling clear slimes.

Step 3 Rub your hands with the provided slime reactivator and pat your hands dry.

Step 4 Open the slimes and use a one finger fast poke test to see if it needs to be reactivated. Use one drop of slime activator at a time and mix thoroughly each time.
TIP If the slime is warm, place it in a cool place to firm up before reactivating the slime. If it is cold or frozen, let it warm up in a warm location. Do not place near fire or directly in the sun. Gently mix your slime to avoid tiny air bubbles.

Step 5 Let your slime rest and reach room temperature so that it can level out and release any air bubbles. This may take 24 hours or more to fully clear the slime of air bubbles.

Step 6 Begin playing with your slime using clean moiusturized hands and play according to the slime type. Some beaded slimes require slower play style, and other require vigorous inflation, like a snow based slime, to fully enjoy the slime. Please see each slime description to know what play style suits each slime type.

TIP Slime melts over time, and faster in the heat, so regularly activate your slime when sticky.

What do you use if you run out of activator from your purchase? Make a solution of 1 tsp baking soda and 1 cup warm water, or 1 tsp borax powder and 1 cup warm water to re-activate your slime.

Make sure to follow precautions on the vinegar and citric acid packages.
If you have skin sensitivities, you can still enjoy our products by wearing gloves when using our products.
Call the local poison or emergency department if swallowed or an allergic reaction occurs.
Slime is not edible, do not eat.
Small parts present a choking hazard.
Use gloves while reactivating melted slime.

That means that on Friday at 4p PT your order will start to be packaged, it takes about 3-4 BUSINESS days to get your order in a box with a shipping label and drop it off to be delivered.
